Returns and exchanges I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchange details Damages during shipping are unlikely to occur based on the materials used to make our products. In the event that something is lost or damaged during shipment we will provide replacements only if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide pictures showing the damage occurred. Damage and loss replacements are not guaranteed and approved on a case by case basis. Shipping costs to return the item(s) back to the shop are at the customer's expense. We are sorry for any inconvenience with that policy. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in "fresh out of the box" condition. Refunds: We do not accept refunds. If there is an issue with your order please contact me directly at FlynnSistersBoutique [!at] gmail.com. Payment Custom orders are not billed until they are approved by the customer. We want to make sure you love what you ordered and that what was created for you matches your vision. If it wasn't what you expected (within reason please) then let us know and we will do our best to create something to your liking. Shipping All completed orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders can take up to 7-10 business days to ship. All items will be shipped US Ground Mail. If you prefer to have your item shipped UPS or FedEx it will be at your expense and arrangements can be made at time of purchase. Shipping policy is subject to change after 90 days from the shop's opening. Occasionally USPS is rough with packages and the cup may arrive damaged. If this happens take a picture of the cup and send it to me, I will start a claim immediately. Keep the cup and all the packaging. Once USPS accepts the claim you may be asked to take the cup and packaging to your local post office to show them the damage. Please note that on the mermaid, leopard, and any other design where multiple layers of glitter are put on the cup, the epoxy will not be 100% smooth/flat there will be very slight ripples in it to account for the different thickness in glitter. This is not a flaw or defect, it is part of the uniqueness that comes with ordering a handmade item. Graphic Tees- wash inside out and do not use fabric softener. I always welcome custom orders, message me to see if I can create what you're wanting.
